Through the website (s) of Qdistribu Limited enables customers (hereinafter "you") funds, codes etc. decline for various services. We supply only the codes that can be used in external service providers for which the code is appropriate and / or where it can be redeemed used.
Because we just provide the codes, we are not responsible or liable for any problems that you as a customer by or with these third parties. For any problems, questions, disputes and potential conflicts with legal requirements arising from the agreement that you as a customer with such third parties, you should contact those third parties.
You shall indemnify us against all claims of third parties in any form, related to the order with us.
Application, Creation and Execution
All offers, agreements and deliveries of Online Prepaid Services, for these general conditions apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
The agreement is established at the time of acceptance by the customer. That moment is the final step in the ordering process, which coincides with the order button. From that moment, you are required to pay and we are obliged to provide.
We will confirm the agreement by email. You are responsible for giving a correct email address; this will also be received by the order. By giving an incorrect address, we cannot then deliver the order to a different address.
The order will be sent to you by email upon successful payment. The delivery time depends on the selected payment method. The agreement is filed by us.
If the ordered is not correct or is not functioning, then please contact us as soon as possible. That can be done in various ways. We will respond as soon as possible but no later than within 30 days. This also applies to other criteria.
All prices listed on our website are including VAT and any other fees and additional costs. Only for certain methods of payment an additional amount can be calculated.
The content of the website has been compiled with the greatest care. However, we cannot guarantee that all information on the site at all times correct and complete. All prices and other information on the website (s) and other materials derived therefore are subject to obvious programming and typing errors.
You can choose to us from various payment methods. On the website (s), you will find more information about it. Some payment methods attain to additional costs. The delivery of the order can delay the choice of a particular payment method.
Due to the nature of digital purchases, we have a strict return policy in place. Returns will only be accepted 48 hours after code delivery. Upon receiving of a returned code, we will check the codes status to make sure the item is currently unused. A refund will only be given once the code is sold to a new buyer and confirmed the new buyer has successfully redeemed (used) the code. Refunds are dependent on purchase turnover, and therefore cannot be time determined. Once original codes are resold, refunds may take 2-72 hours. In the event of a return, a processing administration fee of 2 Euro will be applied.
We process your personal data in accordance with the privacy statement published on the website.
The agreements are subject to US law.
Mandatory law does not stipulate otherwise, all disputes that may arise from the agreement will be submitted to the competent English court.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, this will not affect the validity of the entire general conditions. We will in this case work with you to determine replacement (a) new provision (s), which as far as possible is held at the intent of the original provision.
Additional Terms and Conditions; EULAs
When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the ""G2A Pay services provider"") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A.COM is becoming Merchant of Record over your purchase. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements which can be found under the link https://pay.g2a.com/terms-and-conditions and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
In order to proceed the payment transaction, you temporary entrusts the G2A.COM with subject of the transaction, and G2A.COM takes responsibility for the product and for the transaction processing.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
